1. Acceptance and eligibility
By using Stelah, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter this agreement. Minors may use a private family host only with permission and supervision from a parent or guardian.
2. Accounts and access
There is no public account-registration form. The Host Operator creates accounts or may allow a Google, Microsoft, or Facebook identity to provision an account. You must provide accurate authentication information, keep your credentials secure, and use only accounts you are authorized to access. The Host Operator may enable, disable, modify, or remove an account and may end an active session.
3. Games and licenses
Stelah does not sell, license, or provide ownership of games. The Host Operator and each user are responsible for owning or otherwise having permission to install, run, and remotely access every game. Games, launchers, artwork, names, and metadata belong to their respective owners and may be subject to separate licenses, platform rules, geographic restrictions, and anti-cheat requirements.
4. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Access a host, account, game, or full-PC mode without authorization.
- Attempt to bypass authentication, game-only isolation, session ownership, developer-access controls, rate limits, or Sparkly accounting.
- Use Stelah to distribute malware, attack systems, harass others, infringe intellectual property, cheat in online games, or violate any law or third-party agreement.
- Probe, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer for abuse, or interfere with another user’s session.
- Share provider secrets, host credentials, or access tokens with unauthorized people.
5. Sparklies
Sparklies are private host-managed units used to measure permitted game time. Unless the Host Operator separately and lawfully offers otherwise, Sparklies have no cash value, are not cryptocurrency, are not transferable, cannot be redeemed for money, and do not represent ownership or a financial account. The host server—not the website—calculates consumption.
6. Full-PC and microphone features
Full-PC mode is restricted to accounts explicitly granted developer access by the Host Operator. It can control the host computer and must be used carefully. Microphone forwarding is optional and requires browser permission. You are responsible for complying with consent and recording laws when voice communication is used.
7. Availability and changes
Stelah depends on the host PC, games, operating system, browser, network, third-party identity providers, metadata providers, and Cloudflare infrastructure. Sessions may be unavailable, delayed, interrupted, or ended by crashes, updates, insufficient Sparklies, another authorized session, or the Host Operator. Features, routes, limits, and compatibility may change.
8. Suspension and termination
The Host Operator may suspend access or end a session to protect the host, comply with law, address abuse, perform maintenance, or manage private access. You may stop using Stelah at any time and may ask the Host Operator to delete your account, subject to applicable retention obligations.
9. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stelah is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every game, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stelah’s developers, brand operators, and Host Operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost progress, unavailable games, data loss, account actions by a game platform, or network interruptions arising from use of Stelah. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains limited only as allowed by applicable law.
11. Third-party services
Google, Microsoft, Meta, Cloudflare, IGDB/Twitch, Steam, game publishers, and launcher providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Stelah is not sponsored or endorsed by those providers merely because it interoperates with them.
12. Changes and contact
These Terms may be updated as Stelah changes. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
